Business details

Business name, hours, contact info. These fields populate the AI agent's context.

Google Maps URL

Owner WhatsApp (for booking alerts)

Payment methods

Cancellation policy

Last appointment end time

Latest time a service can END. AI won't book past this.

Minimum lead time

How far ahead a customer has to book. The earliest bookable slot is this far from now.

Business type

Set by Meteor Pulse at onboarding. Contact support to change it.

Appointment type

Online sends the customer a Meet link after booking.

Google Calendar ID

Which calendar bookings are written to. Must be shared with the Hiiiilo service account.

Default reply language

How long a lead stays quiet before the AI nudges them.

Writes to the tenant document in Firestore (tenants/<slug>).

Services & price list

Upload your services as CSV/XLSX. Set price_max to above for "from RM X+" pricing.

Current services

Edit any field directly. Set Price max to above for "from RM X+" pricing. Leave Staff empty if any staff member can perform the service. Set Service every only for services that come round again — a filter serviced twice a year is 180, a haircut is 30. Hiiiilo counts from the end of the appointment and messages the customer once when it falls due. Leave it blank and this service never triggers a reminder.

Service key	Price (RM)	Price max	Duration (min)	Staff (comma)	Service every (days)

Or upload a full replacement

Uploading a CSV/XLSX overwrites all current services. Use this only for first-time setup or a major overhaul. For small edits, use the table above instead.

Choose file (.csv / .xlsx)

Packages (optional)

Named things you sell, beyond plain per-service pricing — a bundle, a class pass, a membership, a development. Leave empty if you only price per service above. For a limited-time offer use Promotions below instead.

Hiiiilo quotes these in chat. It does not track a customer’s remaining balance or handle redemption.

Name	Price	Details (what’s included)	Terms

Promotions (optional)

Limited-time offers — a seasonal discount, an early-bird rebate, a first-visit perk. Every promotion needs an end date. Link it to the package or service it applies to.

Expired promotions are kept here and never shown to customers, so you can rerun last year’s offer without retyping it. Set Applies to so Hiiiilo offers the right one when it follows someone up.

Name	Offer	Details	Terms	Applies to	Valid from	Valid until

Team roster

Manage your team, off-days, and leave dates. The AI won't recommend anyone on leave.

Name	Phone	Off days (weekly)	On leave from	On leave until	Capabilities	Notes

Off days: click chips. Leave dates are optional and only apply on those days.

Re-engagement settings

Configure the AI's re-engagement behaviour. Simulation vs production, segmentation thresholds, tone.

Mode

Test phones (comma-separated)

When set, sends ONLY to these phones even in production. Leave empty for real send to all approved customers.

VIP LTV threshold (RM)

Lapsed days

Demand gap lookback (days)

Cooldown (days)

Active hours only

Tone preset

House note (optional)

Optional context the AI weaves into messages where relevant. Leave blank if nothing to add.

Automatic service recall

For services that come round again. Set Service every (days) on a service in the price list above, and Hiiiilo messages the customer once when it falls due — a water filter serviced every 180 days, a haircut every 30. One message per appointment, ever.

Recall mode

Max recalls per day

Blank or invalid means 10. Enter 0 for no limit.

Only recall appointments from

Filled in with today's date the first time you switch recall on, so turning it on never messages your whole back catalogue at once. Move it back deliberately if you do want past customers picked up.

Writes to the Config tab.
